This memorandum provides information with regard to the functionality of Module MSO-Z6-00, which creates the Commercial Invoice structure from Sales Order Invoices.

The Commercial Invoice is constructed in SECTIONS:

a). HEADER

1). Shipper, per Z_INVOICE_SHIPPER Record

2). Consignee, per Z_INVOICE_CONSIGNEE Record

3). Bank Data, per Z_INVOICE_BANK Record

4). Fields entered directly to Z_COMM_INVOICE

b). LINE ITEMS

c). NOTES FIELDS

There are individual Data Entries for the various elements that comprise each SECTION.

The SECTIONS are gathered for PRINTING purposes.

The Commercial Invoice itself, and any Standard Comment blocks, has Revision Trace ability.

Using WinTegrate "RECORD", the printout can be "imported" to Microsoft Word, for E-mail, etc.
