(AR-ZIX-00) ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AGING IN EXCEL
This memorandum provides information with regard to the various functions included in this Custom Module for Excel reporting of Accounts Receivable Aging.
This Module provides the ability to use Excel for various reports related to Accounts Receivable Aging Detail. The detail related to AR Aging is stored in the Z_AR_AGING Custom File, in several separate time intervals:
7-Day Periods
15-Day Periods
30-Day Periods
Adjustments, Charge-backs, Deposits, and Finance Charges are placed in separate columns. This provides enormous flexibility in terms of the variety of Aging Reports in Excel.
For example, the user can see the first 28 days in 7-day intervals, followed by 15 and 30-day periods.
The 255-column output allows for a much larger amount of information, relative to:
AR (Accounts Receivable)
AR-INVOICE (Each actual Invoice)
SO (The connected Sales Order)
CUSTOMER (Both Bill-to and Sell-to)
Other fields relative to the above can readily be added.
