To whom it may concern:

This document is to be used by Mr. Phil Barton as a letter of Recommendation for the programming services he has provided me over the years I have worked with him.

In my experience in working with Mr. Phil Barton, he has demonstrated a high caliber of broad knowledge in manufacturing, particularly in the Materials area. His expertise in Dataworks modules such as MRP, Work Order Control, Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Repetitive Manufacturing, and Product Data Control, is to be considered at the cutting edge of the industry.

Over the years, I have been able to implement ongoing improvements in the areas mentioned above by having Mr. Barton perform very sophisticated modifications, shortcuts, and enhancements to these modules. Furthermore, he has also developed "customized" modules that have provided key simulation techniques to our processes, as well as gained intelligence to "vanilla" processes.

Mr. Phil Barton is a super-dedicated professional, who enjoys challenges, and has a superior customer service performance. He will spend long hours to meet deadlines, and will exceed expectations by providing features not originally requested by users, but important to the package.
