This memo concerns the PDC-Z3-00 Module, that is used for analysis of structural issues which affect Product Costing.

This Custom Module includes the Z_PARTS_ANALYSIS file, which stores Last Cost data from Work Orders, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.

Additionally, analytical reports of issues with regard to Work Order Costs are provided, in terms of Outside Processing, Labor, and Materials, which will produce WIP variances. The focus is on differences between the Work Order BOO's (Routings), and the "standard" BOO, as well as the Bill of Materials, compared to the materials actually issued to WIP, and the cost variances that will be incurred.
