INTELLIGENT
ENTERPRISE MAGAZINE is an excellent publication for those
involved in Manufacturing and Distribution. This monthly publication
covers ERP, E-Commerce, Business-to-Business, Consulting, Data
Warehousing, Supply Chain, and XML, as well as other current
topics of interest. The authors are all prominent - for example,
Ralph Kimball, writing on Data Warehousing, co-invented the Star
Workstation at Xerox, and founded Red Brick Systems. |

Productivity
Press offers Books and Learning Tools, plus Conferences and
Workshops on Manufacturing and Supply Chain. They consult for
a large number of the Fortune 500 companies and their publications
list is excellent. My favorite author is Brian Maskell who is
an international authority on World Class Measurement and Advanced
Manufacturing Techniques. He has three books in the catalog and
his newest, "Making the Numbers Count" is useful for
everyone.
While their catalog is online,
I am recommending having a hard copy around. |
