Your DataFlo@ database itself can supply data in the form required for both expanded "DataMart" and "Management Reporting" requirements.

These Custom Modules provide detail of Line Items on Purchase and Sales Orders, whether Open or Closed, indexed by Part Number, Customer, Vendor, and Order Number, and will print 131-wide reports. The file items are very "flat", lending themselves to import to Excel or other Windows tools.
The Monthly Invoice Dollars Module contains data on Invoices, separable by Invoice or Memo, Debit or Credit, Ship-From Warehouse, and RMA Type. 60 Months of data are contained, covering Invoice Dollars, Quantity, and Cost as both Total Cost, and by Cost Element (Material, Labor, Overhead).
I am a strong believer in Report Segmentation by Product Lines and/or Customer Segmentations (Domestic/Export, Geographic, Sales Territory, Channel, etc.). Most database information can be broken out in these ways, providing the Parts and Customer files are properly structured.
