DAILY CYCLE COUNT - this Module is designed to utilize an ABC stratification to "date" eligible parts with a Cycle Date, and to allow for reporting, tag printing, and user entry.

PHYSICAL INVENTORY REPORTING - this audit file methodology provides for wall-to-wall reporting, by part number, of all Non-WIP and WIP Inventories combined, in one report series. Also provided are reports for measuring Inventory at "Prior" and "New" Standard Cost, for those customers electing to do a simultaneous Cost Rollup and Physical Inventory.

SALES ORDER TEMPLATES - for customers who often re-order the same S.O. content, a Template File is provided. An existing Sales Order, and associated Line Items, is selecting for a Template, and the Template is constructed, carrying all information from the selected Sales Order. A flag in each Line Item can include/exclude that Line Item from a new Sales Order, created from the Template. This allows a means for special pricing to be carried forward, as well as saving re-typing the Order content.

CREATE A NEW PART STRUCTURE - This Custom Module allows for the use of an existing Part Number, BOM, and BOO, as a "template", for the creation of a new Part Number, BOM and BOO. This Custom Module is useful for companies who create newly configured models, based on existing Parts/BOM/BOO structures. The structures created are linked to a specific Customer, and Customer Part Number. If the customer re-orders, or sets up an ordering schedule, the specific product structure is therefore stored for repeated use.
The Z_CUST_PART structure allows for entry of Description, for the newly constructed part, as well as the Customer Number, Customer P. O. Number, and Customer's own Part Number, and a NOTES field.
